The state of California has determined that it wanted to electronically obtain registrations for the radiation in the C-Arm, thus changing the procedure to make changes, add new machines, change addresses, etc.
The new process can be done and maintained by going to the following web address:
Looking at the page from their website, you choose the "new facility registration" and enter your information on the following screens. You get confirmation once you have completed the pages on their website.
