Steve advised institutional and private clients on over $10 Billion worth of real estate investments. His clients include some of the largest banks and investment funds in the country. He works closely with public and private healthcare REITs, private equity funds, medical groups, and High-Net-Worth investors. He provided valuation services for thousands of real estate investments ranging from less than $1 Million to $250 Million for all major property types.

 

With a Master’s Degree in Finance and a graduate-level academic research background from Harvard Medical School, he focuses on selling medically related properties.
