Hiring of Staff: Orientation & Training

Any applicant that is made an official Job Offer should be directed to follow this procedure listed below:


  1. Instruct the candidate to go directly to the website, www.eliteaccreditation.org

  2. Then on this page, they need to scroll over to the our services subheading and then choose the one titled as Doctor/Employee/Contractor and at this page https://www.eliteaccreditation.org/credentialing-privileging

  3. The page above is divided into two partitions: Applications and Requests for privileges. If you are a physician, you will be filling out the application plus the privilege request form based on their specialty.


Once the hiring manager has decided to make a conditional job offer of employment, then the person is directed to this page: https://www.eliteaccreditation.org/initial-orientation-and-annual-updates


All staff are required to choose their job area in order to be trained and tested on areas of the surgery center that relate to their specific job category.


Once the applicant chooses their job category, the next page is the page with all the videos that need to be watched in order to be trained on the relevant areas of the ASC that pertains to their need to know. Example, front office staff are not required to know the clinical areas of the ASC that the MD or RN would need to know.


**Notice: When the clinical team completes their quiz, they will download the quiz, answer the questions and submit it for a score by emailing it to info@eliteaccreditation.org. When the non-clinical team finishes their video sessions of training, they will take the online quiz and the test results are sent to the management team with a score already assigned. These tests are inserted into the employee/MD/Contractor Files for inspection by the various regulatory agencies.
