Initial Orientation and Annual Training that provides training for the specific skill sets of Physicians, Nurses, Surgical Techs, Fluoroscopy Techs, & First Assists
Watch each of the videos below in their entirety. At the end of the videos, only one competency quiz/test must be taken and passed to receive credit for the videos watched. Forward the certificate verifying the passing of the test, and send this certificate directly to the person you report for your HR/Credentialing Files.
To receive credit for the video files to the right, you must watch the entire video; then, at the very end, you must take a screenshot of the video after watching it in its entirety. Email your screenshot to your manager for proof and credit. Thank you.
